Who is responsible for the website
This website presents Serhii Panchyshyn’s genealogy services. Questions about materials you have shared can be sent to panchyshynsergii1998@gmail.com.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares a message in your browser. A button opens Telegram or WhatsApp; you then send it yourself under that service’s rules. Fields are not sent to this website’s server or stored in its database.
At your request, text can be copied to the device clipboard. Do not include passport numbers or data unnecessary for an initial description.
Family history questionnaire
The questionnaire runs only in your browser. The site does not upload files or send answers to a server. Save a text file, copy answers or download a blank Word form. Answers are lost when the page closes or reloads, so save before leaving. You attach and send your own materials. Selected permissions do not replace a work agreement or any required power of attorney.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics and Tag Manager. Analytics cookies require consent. Under Consent Mode, Google may still receive technical signals without those cookies. Advertising storage, user data and personalisation are disabled by default.
The site measures page views, contact clicks, document openings, form starts, questionnaire copying and downloading, and messenger handoffs. Field contents and messages are excluded from these events. Opening a messenger does not confirm an enquiry was sent.
Your cookie choice stays locally until changed or browser data is cleared. You can at any time.
Materials shared for research
Share only what the agreed task requires. Use and any publication of private family material are discussed separately. Send questions about your materials to the listed email.
